Great Place to Work®: The top 50 companies in Canada

Great Place to Work® Institute Canada has released their annual list of the ‘best workplaces in Canada’.

The awards celebrate the most impressive workplaces across the country, taking into consideration employee surveys, independent reviews and policy checks.

After utilizing proprietary assessment tools, advisory services, and certification programs Great Place to Work® provides an industry benchmark to measure success upon.

“We are honoured to work with organizations who work year-round to provide great workplaces for their employees," added Jose Tolovi Neto, CEO, Great Place to Work® Canada. “We look forward to continuing to fulfill our mission of building a better world by creating great workplaces for all.”

The awards celebrate companies in three distinct sections; small (less than 100 employees), medium (100-999 employees) and large (1,000+ employees).

The winner of the smaller category was found to be Habanero, Wynford/EventSimple and Resolver Inc. For the medium sized organizations, the top three businesses are Kicking Horse Coffee, Ian Martin Group and Flipp Corporation.
