The ‘Most Diverse and Inclusive Companies in Canada’ revealed

With DEI only growing in importance in the past few years, employers need to have their fingers on the pulse when it comes to diversity initiatives.

In that vein, HRD is proud to announce the Most Diverse and Inclusive Companies in Canada – a list of the crème de la crème of equality-driven organizations.

Speaking in the report, one of our winners Neetu Sidhu, diversity, equity and inclusion director at Moneris, says that their unique DEI invites engaged 75% of their workforce, proving far-reaching for the company, whose blueprint for equity and inclusion became a top corporate priority.

“We wanted to engage the over 2,000 employees and ask what their experience of equity is, what’s working well and what isn’t, and people opened up with the ongoing listening activities,” says Sidhu.

“A key part of our strategy is to do this deeply and sincerely by listening and building the strategy with the people. After two years, we see that these people are feeling a greater sense of belonging.

“They’re more engaged and feel that their leader has their back.”
