Canada shines spotlight on Employee Recommended Workplaces 2019

HR firm Morneau Shepell and The Globe and Mail have unveiled their list of 75 Employee Recommended Workplaces for 2019.

The list draws insights from workers to shine a spotlight on companies that are highly regarded by their own people.

The selection was based on a survey of employees across Canada about what they considered to be a healthy workplace. Organisations were assessed based on how well they provided all elements of Total Health – physical, mental, work, and life.

“As more workplaces focus on employee health and wellbeing, it's reassuring to see a wide range of employers represented in the 2019 Employee Recommended Workplaces, including organisations of all sizes, from all corners of Canada and from both the private and public sectors,” said Stephen Liptrap, president and CEO of Morneau Shepell.
