HRDC's 5-Star Benefit Programs survey now open
HRD Canada’s second annual 5-Star Benefit Programs will highlight the best companies offering outstanding employee benefits and employee assistance programs. By participating, organizations can heighten their brand awareness, and improve recruitment and retention.
The survey closes on Friday, May 12.
The nomination process includes two phases: an employer form and an employee survey. In the second phase, a company must achieve an overall satisfaction rating from employees of at least 80% to be a 5-Star Benefit Programs winner.
