It’s that time of the year again, as Canada’s Top 100 Employers releases its 21st consecutive list.
Published by the Globe and Mail, Canada’s Top 100 Employers rewards and recognises the crème de la crème of Canadian companies.
After analysing certain criteria such as Physical Workplace, Work Atmosphere & Social, Health, Financial & Family Benefits, Vacation & Time Off; and Employee Communications, employers are selected on the basis of overall merit.
HRD spoke to Chris Taylor, CHRO at BestBuy Canada – one of the winners of the prestigious accolade – to ask what this recognition means to him.
