Diana Kelly is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at NAV CANADA, where she leads the company’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, labour relations, and operational training. With over 25 years of experience at the organization, she began her career in 2001 as an IFR Air Traffic Controller in Winnipeg. Her career trajectory includes several senior leadership roles, such as Vice President and Chief Safety and Quality Officer, where she managed corporate safety programs and operational risk, and General Manager of the Edmonton Flight Information Region.
In addition to her operational expertise, Kelly holds an Executive MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. She is actively involved in the broader aviation and policy community, serving as a member of the C.D. Howe Institute’s Human Capital Policy Council. She is also a strong advocate for diversity in the sector, having previously served on the board of Elevate Aviation and Women in Leadership, Ottawa, to support women and underrepresented groups in the industry.
