New Zealand's Employer of Choice 2021 winners announced by HRD

HRD has announced this year’s New Zealand’s Employer of Choice 2021 winners, showcasing some of the country’s best places to work.

The past few months have been anything but easy. While our nation handled the COVID-19 pandemic decidedly better than other countries, our companies were not immune to the aftereffects of the virus. The chaos caused a spiral in mental health issues, upended our internal processes, and forced employers to find new ways to work.

And yet, through it all, HR was there – shepherding the C-suite through these uncertain and anxious times.

This year’s winners really went above and beyond over the past 12 months – going the extra mile in safeguarding their people, protecting their organisations, and supporting the needs of their teams. Entries were judged on their achievements and initiatives across a number of areas, including learning and development, wellbeing, leadership and flexibility.

Comprising of small, medium, and large-scale organisations, this year’s winners included Coca-Cola Europacific partners New Zealand, OCG Consulting Limited, Ravensdown, and Sub 60.
