Who are the women leading the way in Canadian HR?
Nominations are now open for HRD Canada’s second annual Elite Women 2026, recognizing exceptional women whose work, leadership, and influence are making a meaningful impact across the profession.
From leading workplace transformation and advancing diversity and inclusion to driving innovation, mentoring others, contributing to the industry, and supporting their communities, the report will celebrate female leaders whose achievements over the past 12 months deserve recognition.
HR professionals across Canada are invited to submit nominations for themselves or for a deserving colleague, leader, peer, mentor, or industry advocate.
Submit a nomination before entries close on Friday, June 26.
The Elite Women 2026 report, proudly supported by Black HR Professionals of Canada and LINX HR Canada, will be published on the website in October.
