Across Canada, women in HR are driving meaningful work across workplace culture, employee experience, inclusion, innovation, and organizational change.
HRD Canada’s Elite Women 2026 will spotlight female leaders whose achievements over the past 12 months have made a clear impact on their organizations, communities, and the wider HR sector.
Submissions may highlight:
- professional accomplishments and leadership initiatives
- industry contributions and diversity and inclusion efforts
- volunteer roles, charity work, and achievements beyond the workplace
If you know a woman whose work deserves to be recognized, now is the time to put her forward.
Entries close on Friday, June 26.
The 2026 winners, proudly supported by Black HR Professionals of Canada and LINX HR Canada, will be featured on the website in October.
