For some organizations, it means reimagining how they attract, develop and retain talent. For others, it could involve enhancing employee experience or strengthening workplace culture.
HRD Canada’s Innovative HR Teams 2027 is now open for nominations, offering organizations an opportunity to spotlight the teams driving meaningful change.
Now in its fifth year, the recognition celebrates HR teams that have introduced innovative strategies or initiatives within the past 12 months.
Submissions can highlight a standout initiative, along with other work that reflects the team’s approach to innovation and workplace strategy.
Initiatives may span talent management, recruitment, rewards and recognition, diversity, equity and inclusion, workplace culture, employee experience and HR technology.
Nominate your team before the deadline on Friday, October 9.
The 2027 winners will be featured on the website in February.
