At Kimberly-Clark, the culture of wellbeing is integrated into every facet of HR. The company’s human resources director Sarah Schmalz sat down with HRDTV to discuss the company’s approach to wellbeing and the initiatives it has rolled out to support its workers.

“Wellbeing has moved from being what I would call one-off or ad hoc moments to being more of an integrated strategy,” Schmaltz told HRD.

“Even going back a few years, if you offered fresh fruit and a discounted gym membership, you were ticking the box of wellbeing.”

To watch Schmaltz elaborate on Kimberly Clark’s “holistic, long-term strategy” including community and organizational care, and how they are integrated into the company’s policies, watch the whole video here.
