Ceridian acquires payroll and HCM services firm ADAM HCM

Ceridian, leader in human capital management (HCM) technology, has acquired payroll and HCM services firm ADAM HCM to become the leading HCM provider in Latin America. The acquisition will allow ADAM HCM's customers in 33 countries across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean to have access in Ceridian's global HCM platform, which can allow them to scale and grow globally.

"This acquisition will accelerate Ceridian's global growth strategy by extending the Dayforce platform into Latin America, a highly appealing region for our multinational customers," said Ceridian chair and chief executive officer (CEO) David Ossip.

"Together with ADAM HCM, we'll enhance our capacity to meet rising customer demand in Latin American countries, while delivering on our brand promise to make work life better for people everywhere," he continued.

Thanks to the acquisition, Ceridian will be able to move further in its commitment deliver in Mexico its Dayforce Payroll, an always-on global payroll platform that improves accuracy by auditing payroll data in real-time while managing compliance complexities.
