HRD welcomes entries for second annual 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employers
HRD’s 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employers report will showcase companies with effective DE&I programs.
The list will recognize the best companies whose DE&I initiatives set them apart.
To be considered for this year’s showcase, companies must complete the entry form before the deadline on April 14.
In the second phase of the nomination process, team members will have an opportunity to share your organization’s best programs and policies that cultivate an inclusive working environment. Companies that obtain the minimum number of responses and achieve an average satisfaction rating of 80% or greater from employees will be given the award.
