HRD and Canadian HR Reporter team up with IPMA-Canada to celebrate women in two new special reports

New partnership puts spotlight on Canada’s top HR leaders and employers

Human Resources Director (HRD) and Canadian HR Reporter are proud to announce a new partnership with the International Personnel Management Association - Canada (IPMA-Canada), a national volunteer-based HR association that has been serving the HR profession since 1906.

This collaboration will support two flagship special reports: Elite Women and Employer of Choice.

The Elite Women report will spotlight the outstanding contributions of women in HR across Canada — recognizing those who are not only breaking barriers but also elevating the profession through leadership, innovation, and advocacy. It aims to shine a light on trailblazing professionals who are shaping the future of HR.

Meanwhile, the Employer of Choice report will showcase organizations that are creating exceptional employee experiences. These companies are setting new benchmarks for workplace culture, engagement, and HR strategy, and serve as role models across industries.

IPMA-Canada is known for its inclusive and cost-effective approach to professional development. It provides national HR certification recognized in both Canada and the United States, along with webinars, executive leadership events, networking opportunities, and partnerships that support the continued growth of its diverse membership base.

Nominations for both Elite Women and Employer of Choice will open soon.
