Singapore’s e-engagement platform is set to hold a final pre-Budget Listening Point to get more inputs from the public on Budget 2017

Finance minister Heng Swee Keat is set to deliver this year’s budget to parliament on 20 February but before then REACH will be holding two sessions to get the public’s input on what they expect to hear from his address.
This evening (04 January) from 8pm to 9:30pm, MP Liang Eng Hwa, head of Government Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for Finance and Trade and Industry, and GPC member Foo Mee Har will host a pre-Budget question and answer session at REACH’s Facebook page.
Additionally on 08 January, Singaporeans are invited to attend a pre-Budget Listening Point at Hougang Hawker Centre on Hougang Avenue 8 from 7:30am to 11:30am in order to canvass viewpoints and proposals in advance of the Budget.
