Australia’s best places to work have been announced, with data storage firm NetApp bumping Google off the top spot.
BRW’s annual “50 Best Places to Work” list, based on research conducted by the Great Place to Work™ Institute Australia. IT and professional services firms make up almost half of Australia’s best places to work.
Peter O’Connor, vice president for NetApp Australia and New Zealand, said the company adopts a down-to-earth approach to accomplishing business objectives and believes in the strength of a shared vision where employee input is encouraged and valued.
The Sydney-based company offers its 149 staff health and life insurance, gym memberships, education benefits, bonuses and flexible work practices.
