Employee engagement surveys are a core component in contemporary HR ‘good practice’. But poorly-handled feedback could do more harm than good to your corporate culture.

    Very valid points. I used to work for a very large media organisation who had a CEO who refused to release the engagement survey results to all staff purely because the results were so bad. Considering they'd published and communicated the results every other year and staff were told when completing the survey that they'd be briefed further down the track on results, it was a PR nightmare for the whole HR team.
