    I personally find workplace design very interesting and agree with an approach similar to that taken by UQ Power.

    However I imagine many profitable MNE's take a more traditional approach and achieve productive resilts. Would be interesting to see how the data stacks up...

    Yes indeed Ethan Harley - it will be interesting to see how the return on these changes stacks up in future. It certainly isn't a short term overnight win I imagine and significant changes to workplace environments and the subsequent behaviours will take longer to embed into the organisations culture.
    One thing is for certain - gone are the days of the cookie cutter, same approach for every company and employee, on-size-fits-all approach.
