Despite another year of challenges, 22 HR leaders at forefront of championing transformation
The workplace continued its massive transformation in 2022, facing head-on diverse issues such as hybrid working, employee upskilling and reskilling, labour shortages and the employee experience.
Despite the challenges, standout performers in the HR industry have stepped up to the plate in areas such as training and development, onboarding, workplace wellbeing and employee retention.
In that vein, HRD is proud to unveil our 2023 Hot List – a comprehensive guide to the very best and brightest in the HR sector.
This year’s winners include:
- Elissa Fletcher of Energy One
- Rachel Tschannen of Blackhawk Network
- Marianne Passafaro of hipages Group
- Michael Smith of Marsden State High School
Winners were selected after the HRD Australia team conducted a survey of the HR sector to find the most influential leaders who had contributed significantly to their profession over the previous 12 months. The team aimed to identify individuals who had led new initiatives in the HR space and advanced the standing of HR within their respective organisations, and also considered previous awards won by the candidates.
