Vania Callista Salim is a highly motivated HR professional who thrives in accomplishing goals and surmounting challenges.
Salim has been with Unilever for more than six years now and was appointed to HRBP manager for corporate functions and employer branding in July 2018. She got to her current position after getting promoted six times since she joined the company in 2014 as HRBP brand building intern.
Last year, she was selected as a finalist for the HR Excellence Awards Young HR Talent of the Year (Indonesia).
