New research investigates HR tech
New research into HR technology has begun this month, exploring the ways HR professionals harness technological developments and the impact it has on strategy.

Launched by HRD magazine, the ongoing survey seeks to identify the biggest tech challenges facing the industry while also pinpointing which developments are having the most impact within organizations.

“The HR industry has been evolving rapidly over the past few years and technology has undoubtedly been one of the major catalysts behind that,” said Iain Hopkins, editor of HRD magazine.

“We’re excited to find out how organisations are approaching this constant change – what they’re embracing, what they’re finding challenging, and what they think will happen in the future.”

Now, HRD is asking our readers to participate in the online survey and share their own experiences and opinions about HR technology.

Click here to take part in the survey – the findings will be published later this year.
