The recipients of HRD’s sixth annual Service Provider Awards for Australia and New Zealand have been revealed, with this year’s award winners standing out in a fiercely competitive market. The winners, all leaders in their respective fields, have serviced HR professionals to assist them in combatting their most critical workplace challenges in areas such as recruitment, employee engagement and rewards and recognition.

Andrew McKechnie, head of Workforce Solutions, New Zealand at Mercer, said: “Robust workforces and talent ecosystems are key contributors to organisational success, and award-winning service providers can play a vital role in the value chain. Ultimately, it’s about building trust and delivering customised workforce solutions that cater to clients’ unique needs."

At the forefront of the rewards and recognition category, Achievers Solutions (Australia) came out on top, winning the gold medal in this year’s awards. The award-winning platform enables its clients to engage, retain, and inspire their employees, motivating them to perform and excel.

"Science-backed innovation is built into our business; the technology is fantastic, but it’s our people who design and launch the campaigns and identify hotspots and trends that drive the most out of the program."

Also coming at the top of their category, DLPA received a gold medal. DLPA is a bespoke leadership and business development program provider that drives strategic objectives and unlocks the potential of current and emerging leaders.

Meanwhile, Virgin Pulse claimed the silver medal for its groundbreaking use of engagement, moving employees into a new era of health. It is a driving force in encouraging users to take specific action – such as closing a health gap or becoming more active and has seen 60% lower turnover for engaged employees.
