Get recognition from the people who matter - your employees

What does it mean to be named an Employer of Choice?

Entries have been pouring in for this year’s HRD Employer of Choice.

It’s the foremost chance for the nation’s employers to showcase their hard work in making their organisation the best place it can be for employees.

It’s the recognition you deserve. And you can get it by asking your employees to put your name forward.

The process has not changed – share this survey link with employees in your organisation to find out what they really think of your HR practices across key areas including remuneration, professional development, career progression and diversity.

The top-rated companies in each size bracket based on anonymous employee feedback will be awarded the title of 2019 Employer of Choice, gaining national coverage in HRD magazine and online as well as exclusive print and online marketing material that can be incorporated in employer branding, internal communications and recruitment campaigns.

As an extra incentive for your employees to get involved, all respondents will go in the draw to win one of five $50 Visa gift cards.

The Employer of Choice survey will close Friday 15 February.
