The Australasian HR Report is asking readers about what really matters in HR

What are HR leaders really thinking?

It would be an understatement to say that the last 12 months have rocked HR teams, with the #MeToo movement and other revelations forcing a reevaluation of diversity and harassment policies. How has your workplace culture been affected this year?

These and other questions are at the heart of the 2018 Australasian HR Report, which will look at the challenges HR professionals have been facing. The report also examines HR strategies, professional development and budgets.

Readers are encouraged to take part by completing the online survey by Friday 8 June. Your feedback helps HRD magazine shape our content to reflect the priorities and concerns of HR leaders around the region. The Report will also give you an industry benchmark for your activities.

As an extra incentive to participate, HRD is offering the best respondent a bottle of 2009 vintage Dom Pérignon.

Complete the survey today.
