One organisation which has shown ongoing excellent people strategies will be named as HR Leader’s Employer of the Decade on 14 October, in celebration of the HR Compass Awards’ tenth anniversary.

All companies are welcome to enter this exciting one-off award, and HR Leader is inviting all past winners and finalists to nominate for this pinnacle award of the evening.

With nominations for the Australian HR Compass Awards (formerly the Australian HR Awards) closing on 3 September, the event is once again set to become the industry’s night of nights following huge levels of interest from HR professionals around the country.

With organisations and HR practitioners nationwide vying for the awards, the event provides an opportunity for individuals, teams and organisations to come together and recognise benchmarks set by their peers.

The awards recognise excellence across the entire spectrum of HR, with 16 categories ranging from strategic planning and innovation in recruitment, through to best HR team and the CEO award for best HR champion.

Organised by HR Leader magazine, the HR profession’s leading publication, this year’s awards will culminate in a ceremony on Thursday 14 October 2010 in The Ivy Ballroom.
