Nineteen categories are open for entry, recognising HR leaders, teams and organisations for excellence across a wide array of people initiatives. New categories this year include awards for Best Leadership Development Program, Best Graduate Development Program and Best Workplace Flexibility Program.

Over the years the Australian HR Awards have come to define excellence in the HR profession. Being named an Australian HR Awards winner or finalist generates valuable external and internal recognition for the individuals and organisations that participate.
Nominations close on 30 April, to be followed by comprehensive industry research to determine this year’s finalists. Award winners will be announced at a black-tie event on Friday 7 August at the new venue The Star Sydney.
