These are examples of some naive mistakes and others self-sabotaging. It demonstrates how easily images can be plucked from the internet and stuffed into any post. They also indicate a lack of thorough strategy in approach and an approval and checking process. There are various systems available now around digital employer branding and social media recruitment marketing that provide a work flow and approval check that reduce the risk of these kinds of damaging posts. However HR leaders shouldn't be deterred from adopting a social media strategy and campaign in fear of these examples.

Social Media, like any other tool, even in the hands of a skilled craftsperson, accidents can and will happen. Wonderfully we have so many successful case studies, however, Thank you for pointing out a few pitfalls, a guide to be cautious for sure.
