    I'd love it if you realised not everyone in HR is up with abbreviations and monikers often used by big business - and this does not make us any less engaged in being a great HR professional! I find your articles interesting, but get sick of having to google terms like CSR to understand what you are talking about. Thank you!

    Agreed! It is unprofessional to use an acronym without first defining it, particularly in a published document.

    Did you read the article? It says it in the first paragraph. " easy way to assess the effectiveness of your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program"
