Fostering strong relationships and creating a healthy and positive workplace can be difficult when dealing with different personalities – so how can HR get it right?

I'm a huge fan of DISC. Historically we've put our sales staff through DISC training to assist in adapting their selling skills to different personalities. Recently, however, with a greater focus on (internal and external) customer service we've also put our admin staff through DISC. Their response has been universally positive and its great to see them able to effectively adapt their communication styles to suit the recipient.

That's a very smart move Deborah to put more of your staff through DISC training. It helps put everyone on the same page regarding their communication both internally and externally.
Is it DISC or Extended DISC training that they have done?
