Alongside ever growing hours spent at work, would you consider, or advise your employees, to take a nap in an empty room? That’s the official word in Canberra.

I wrote an iPhone/iPad app to help with Power Napping called "Power Napper" available on the App Store. The app has extra features not found with a normal alarm clock to help with power napping like a noise detector so that it would trigger the alarm if you started snoring or could be used to trigger the alarm if somebody sneaks into the area where you are sleeping. It also has rotation detection useful if you use a traditional power napping technique where you hold the device until you let it go (as you fall asleep) which triggers the alarm.
