Using social media to give advice to your colleagues can backfire horribly, as a judge discovered when he took to his blog to tell female lawyers how to dress, in order to help "dirty old men" like himself.

Maybe this judge should move to Australia. Apparently, here in Australia our judges can ask a female employee to join him for drinks in his hotel room plus invite her to swim in her underwear and that is not considered to be sexual harrassment.

I agree with Amanda one hundred percent.

I do too, to an extent (if that really happens - I haven't heard about an incident like that, but of course it is possible). Can a person use the excuse of, "I wanted to keep my job", when they have accepted that invitation.
