Fantastic Post! This Information shows that how we can choose the best way of recruiting because a viral recruitment campaign has changed the course of recruiting and if i am not wrong, it is actually helping us to develop a strategy for our hiring process. What do you say?

Great post. I especially like the advice on figuring out "what's in it for them." Something that we don't tend to spend time on is diving into what makes candidates tick and how to message what's special about our own company.

Just need to make sure when you have one that you do something with it! Can't just send job postings, your engagement will drop off a cliff. You need interesting, shareable content in my experience!
