    While it is true that HR can help facilitate communications between the line and top management the Kodak example is completely wrong. The fact is that top management in 1990 heard and believed all of the digital photography technology and market information but they were trying to delay the impact on the highly profitable film business. Only a few of us in the Professional and Digital marketing divisions were willing to that risk.
