The office flirt might be able to leverage some advantages in their career but, according to a new study, they are likely to come at a cost.

    Flirting is typically something that is within one's control, to flirt or not to flirt.

    However being physically attractive is out of one's control - and this is described not as being "least effective" but as "negative"....

    It would be interesting to see the same study with handsome men!
