It’s not just in the dating scene where first impressions matter – new research shows that a negative job candidate experience can have a major impact on organisations, both in terms of brands and dollars.

    Our job advertisement are for those that read it properly (it is part of the test), they will not hear from us if they do not follow our instructions. Those that have know why they have been rejected. Those that have not do not care. So why use valuable resources for people who do not care? Our adds test in real time attention to detail and persistence and it works for us extremely well.
