A Chinese company has caused a storm after introducing a new policy which demands employees seek approval before becoming pregnant.

As a working woman of the world this story seems unbelievable to me on so many levels. I must add to the many blessing I thank God for everyday, that I was born in Australia.
Even if you did want to comply with the 'plan', getting pregnant doesn't always run to your own plan, let alone your employers!

Absolutely right, as if you can time and plan pregnancy and birth of babies. Are they also demanding they know the gender of the baby too? Too selfish and self-centered. Did they ever hear about human rights? It doesn't seem so.
