“For companies where there is a significant amount of overtime, the SGC can be substantial.”

Isn't super only necessary on ordinary hours? It was my understanding that overtime payments do not attract super (as well as annual/personal leave) because it is paid at a higher amount and is not considered to be "ordinary hours".

The biggest shock I had was when I learned that Bonuses are now considered OTE!!!!

What amount does the SGC cap now sit at? AUD150k or higher?

Don't confuse what is superable and what is penalized (as in the Charge) if you pay late which is broader than the OTE. And yes, bonuses may surprise some but remember the quarterly upper earnings limit is now $48,040 after which earnings are not superable or if you view this annually, then salaries over $192,160 do not attract the 9.25% this year.
