    Great article - I couldn''t agree more about the $ being secondary. I''ve worked in big corps most of my career and have seen people leave for the same or even less money. And no one wins. Seems like it is often those with the accrued expertise that make the call to go - and take their knowledg with them. Respect and self-worth are massively under-rated as motivators.
