Adult content in the workplace: Should HR take a stand?

A recent case has seen the sharing of adult content's acceptability dependent on workplace culture, but one expert feels the problem goes further than that.

    Difficulty in employers as big as Australia Post is that, yes it is a culture issue, but the difficulty then is how do you change the culture in such a big organisation. It can be done but the level of work it would take is beyond your normal HR Generalist and would be a completely dedicated project of its own.

    Would be interesting to see how they tackle the problem now that they know it is a workplace culture issue. I suspect nothing much will be done to change it just because of the sheer size of the employer.
