CareerOne has signaled a new focus on growing its brand, becoming the co-major sponsor of Carlton Football Club for the next two years.

Since its July relaunch, CareerOne has taken aim at Seek with its new LUX product that showcases a business’s employer brand, vision, people and culture to help organisations find better quality talent. The LUX job-hunting experience also aims to significantly improve the way in which people find the right company and the right job.

CareerOne CEO, Ben Foote, says the Carlton partnership will be a central part of a renewed and invigorated CareerOne brand in market.

“We are confident that our product and service is best in market, so now comes significant brand investment to help tell people about it” said Foote.

“We want to be the most trafficked employment site within the next two years and so we will be ramping up our marketing, all with a focus on providing a brilliant job seeking experience that will create strong word of mouth and repeat visitors.”

“There is a better alternative to the old job board and job seekers are loving our new platform.”

The new CareerOne site can be experienced at www.careerone.com.au
