Employer of Choice 2020

Employer of Choice 2020

In the unprecedented conditions of 2020, it’s never been more important for HR professionals to remain on their toes when it comes to attracting and retaining talent.

This means they must be an employer that provides outstanding initiatives such as career paths, suitable learning and development opportunities, and appropriately acknowledging a job well done.

If employers are willing, they can equip themselves with the necessary tools and skills to deliver an amazing experience for their employees.

Consequently, employees will be far more likely to be supporters of the company and engaged day-to-day. And Gallup studies shows that organisations with engaged teams experience lower turnover, 21% greater profitability, 17% higher productivity and 10% higher customer ratings than disengaged teams.

This year, it was great to see some return stars from previous years, as well as many new entries to the list. Read on to see why they came out on top.
