What are the biggest challenges facing the HR profession?

HR Report 2020 survey is currently open to gain insight on the state of the HR profession

What are the biggest challenges facing the HR profession?

First launched in 2015, the Australasian HR Report survey asks HR practitioners for their views on the current state of the HR profession. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic that forced companies to quickly adapt to a new work environment, among other changes, this year’s report offers HR professionals a chance to share their insights on the challenges they faced and how the future of HR may look like.

Take the survey now.

The online survey is completely free of cost and asks about the changing role of HR in organisations, key areas of focus for the year ahead as well as the greatest barriers to success at an individual and function-wide level.

All respondents will also have a chance to win a Bose Home Speaker 300.

The Australasian HR Report 2020 will be published on the HRD Australia, New Zealand and Asia websites in October.

Access the online survey form here.
