Wanted: Teams driving industry change and innovation

In an ever-changing world of work, the best HR professionals must continuously adapt to ensure they are delivering the best results for their organisation and people.

The entry deadline for HRD’s annual Innovative HR Teams report is coming up next Friday, 29 November. Open to teams at any company in Australia, entry is via this online form which asks for details about the initiatives and achievements from the past 12 months that are at the forefront of innovation and best practice in HR.

“As a provider of salary packaging and workplace benefits to some of Australia’s largest companies and government agencies, the importance of keeping staff engaged and happy is something Maxxia understands well,” says Andrew Daly, Group Executive, Customer Development of Maxxia, the official sponsor of the Innovative HR Teams report.

The report offers HR teams a unique benchmarking opportunity to see how their practices compare to those of their peers. The best teams will be able to use this accolade to gain recognition both within and outside of their organisations with access to exclusive marketing collateral and promotional opportunities to build their profile.

Proudly sponsored by Maxxia for the fifth consecutive year, the Innovative HR teams 2020 report will be announced in the HRD newsletter and website in February.

Entries close next Friday, 29 November.
