Josie Keucke is an experienced HR professional with a keen interest in business in general as well as the drive to support businesses in aligning their HR processes to support the overall business performance and goals.
Keucke joined Civtec in June 2018 as its sole HR advisor, after more than six years in HR consultancy. As Civtec’s service delivery manager for people and culture since 2019, she has built strong people management systems and processes which enabled Civtec to maintain compliance across its immigrant workforce and consequently led to a significant growth in Civtec’s workforce. This outcome was acknowledged by the audit outcome from HRConnect as well as by Martin Jenkins in 2019.
