Jamal Peneha is a motivated and goal-driven HR professional with a proven knowledge of relevant legislation and HR processes and functions, the ability to adapt to changing environments and times, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Peneha started his HR career in 2012 as human resource assistant, moved to Rutherford & Bond in 2015 as HR advisor, and joined Datacom in 2018 as people advisor. He was subsequently appointed to people and culture business partner in April this year for a 12-month secondment.
