We have spent over 5 years developing our own software which not only enables us to process candidates quicker, it also allows our clients to have full access to details which show compliance and qualifications. this full process software package which includes registration, inductions for both us and clients with questions at the end to ensure they have listened to the induction. includes full start to end of the recruitment process, from application through to searches, placement, and client and candidates care with automated reminders for certain steps. lastly we have an on site attendance system which allows us to not only ensure our staff have turned up, but also allows our clients to monitor their staff, have access to live reports from attendence, incident reports, financial, and compliance.
