BNZ recently launched the Banker Career Accreditation Pathway (BCAP). This was developed to act as vehicle for a more modern, intuitive and digital-first learning pathway for the frontline banker population. BCAP focuses on bankers driving their own learning journey, obtaining learning accreditation and taking ownership of their career progression.
A key concept of this initiative was to enable all bankers to learn and progress their careers when they are ready – rather than waiting for an opportunity to be advertised. Bankers can work through 7 levels of learning and accreditation. Salary increase benefits associated with each level are transparent, and seamlessly applied as bankers achieve accreditation.
