Dyson targets Singaporean talent in hiring spree

Dyson today (14 April) announced plans to hire 250 more engineers and scientists in Singapore over the next five years. CEO Roland Krueger told local media that while the tech firm seeks to recruit the best global talent, its efforts here are “definitely on Singaporean talent”.

Recruitment is currently ongoing and the additional 250 will double their software and electronics engineering teams, they told CNA. Dyson currently employs about 1,400 staffers in Singapore, nearly half of which are engineers and scientists.

Dyson will also be moving into their new global headquarters at St James Power Station soon.
