Be recognised in the 2027 5-Star Employers of Choice
HRD is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 5-Star Employers of Choice 2027.
This annual recognition celebrates organisations across Australia and New Zealand that are creating exceptional workplaces through strong leadership, employee support, career development opportunities and positive workplace cultures.
At a time when attracting and retaining talent remains a key priority, being recognised offers organisations the opportunity to showcase their commitment to employee experience while strengthening their reputation within the industry.
The recognition process gives employees a direct voice. Participating organisations first complete the entry form, after which eligible entrants receive an anonymous employee survey to distribute internally. Organisations that achieve a 75% or greater average employee satisfaction score will be recognised as 5-Star Employers of Choice.
Last year's research highlighted the growing importance of employee experience, with Bianca Herbst, business director – New Zealand corporate and professional recruitment at Hays, noting that "employees today are looking for fairness, flexibility, growth and trust, and they are increasingly willing to disengage if the lived experience doesn't match the promise."
