Discover how HR leaders are keeping up with fast-changing times at Sydney’s 2026 summit
HR leaders heading to Sydney this March can expect an event focused on AI, workforce transformation, and rapid regulatory change as the National HR Summit Australia returns to the ICC Sydney on March 31 to April 1, 2026.
The summit is structured around several core stages: a Main Stage for big‑picture keynotes and panels; a Director's Forum tailored to senior and C‑suite HR leaders; a Learning & Development Stage for capability and L&D heads; and an HR Innovation Stage spotlighting the latest in HR technology and data‑driven decision making.
A major addition this year is a large suite of themed discussion tables and workshops.
"These fast-paced, interactive sessions go beyond theory, delivering tactical conversations and proven takeaways you can put to work immediately," the summit's website reads.
"Choose from 90+ roundtables and workshops, each focused on real-world challenges and led by industry experts."
Colleen Callander, global bestselling author and renowned former CEO of Australian brand Sportsgirl, will be this year's keynote speaker.
HR leaders across major organisations, such as Google, Amazon Web Services, Telstra, BHP, WiseTech, and Arcadis, will also be taking part in the event.
Participants in the summit can expect two days of focused learning, exposure to new HR technologies and partners, and the chance to benchmark their strategies with peers facing similar workforce, legal, and transformation pressures.
